The Room for All Board is proud to offer these events in partnership with The Institute for Welcoming Resources. Led by RfA trainers and others, these workshops provide insight and skills for pastors and laypersons who want to nurture a movement toward LGBTQ inclusion in their local congregation. The training teaches graceful engagement, strategic storytelling, framing the conversation, one-on-one interviews, scriptural contexts, and more.
BIC workshops are offered by our ecumenical colleagues in the Welcoming Church Program throughout the year, each led by trainers from the sponsoring programs.
